I would like to advise you, put a black background, also adding a chunk of liverock, with some sand.

If the water is blurred it has nothing to do with the salt, it means your filtration system is not good enough to recycle back cleaner water. What kind of filtration product you used. Try switching to JBL filtration products.





By the way, you also need a powerhead, actually i think it will help you to dissolve some of the water.

RO water is the best.

Even without a skimmer, your water quality should be like tis.
