I've seen Figure Eight Puffers in loads of places. I had one myself but it notorious fin-nipper and killed my angel. Definitely not a community fish! But to answer your question, I've seen them in Pasar Road and Kepong. If you look at a few LFS, chances are at least one will stock them.
