You might want to try fruit flies. My LFS sells wingless fruit flies.

This is unhealthy for the fish. When they eat frozen things it can and most of the time will cause stomach problems. If your fish are still doing good then consider yourself one of the lucky ones. You should always defrost any frozen food in a small bowl of tank water before you feed it.
