Hi, this is my first post as I'm new here.
I need some advice from anyone who knows ANYTHING about mouth breeding cichlids.
We have a tank here at work and I'm just getting to learn quite a bit of info.
We had spawning peacocks and the babies were born a little premature. There are 21 of them and I'm wondering if there is anything i can do to help any of them survive.
They're the type that the mother keeps in her mouth until they are fully ready but they are half fish and half egg right now.
Please forgive my lack of technical terms - im still a rookie.
I'm just curious as to where i should keep them, how much sunlight i should give them or if i should increase the temp. at all.
Any advice at all would be great.
Thanks,
Todd
