Well... Mine is the ones i got from my mum mix vege in the freezer... I usually put it into the microwave for 2 minutes and slice into small cubes before feeding... It's kind of second option for bladder infection... Coz touch wood after 2 months, none of my 9 little lionheads have any prob. digesting...

By the way, which type of lighting is best for goldfishes??? And, must it b on 24/7???I heard bout something to use for testing the % of nitrate in the previous msgs...
