What is your opinion. I am starting my aquarium collection, do I stick with just Fontosa or mix with other africa Cichlid.

And for water filter system on a 4 - 6 ft aquarium, which is the most suitable system - power-head, traditional top placement filter system or others ?
before u even attemp to buy any fish , especially an expensive fish ...i suggest u invest a little in your filteration. top placement filters are only for kids and flowerhorn keepers if u are going for 4 to 6 ft tanks, then buying an additional 3 feet one for filteration doesnt seems like a bad idea, it wont be expensive ...and in the long run it does pay off. with this tank u can either do a mix dry and wet system or a just a single wet. im very fussy when it comes to filteration ...for my big central american tanks...i use 3 stage dry and 4 stage wet system, with a calsium reactor, plus a protein skimmer. this are all home made...so it doesnt cost too much . actually these are the equipments used for a marine system , but with a little modification it could be used for freshwater with A1 results.
