Dear all,

First of all, I would like to thank you those members in here who supporting me. Who advising me. Who get along with me and talking nonsense to me to cheers me up when i was down. This is sad to post this kind of thing in here.
Personally, I dislike it to say it after I spent so much time, energy and money into this. Anyway, there's ppl who are sceptical about what I am doing. I gonna call off the planted tank club. And withdraw myself from what i am doing.

I started this hobby years ago. Knowing lot of members from other forums. Also getting know the tricks also using by lfs to cheat members. Prices for this hobby are sky high. That's why lot of ppl loving it and can't really effort to hv an aquarium at home. I am trying to get cheaper price for members. Trying to let members know how's the lfs owners dealing with ppl. Which is bad and which is good. So that, members can avoid with what i was facing with.

Sometime, this is very upset to read or get to know there are ppl out there trying to play a fool with me or throwing some shit on me. I just can't understanding why i trying hard to push lfs to give discount for members. And end up members in here trying to screw me up.

Trying to have some activities for everyone. And there are no one willing to help out. End up, i have to participate and host it. Calling members and sms them to join. Then members keep saying why everytime is me? If not me, who else will doing this? Who else will help out? I dare to say. No one will!

I am not doing this for my own business. I am also another worker like you guys in a company. My current job is not related with what i doing. What i m doing for the club or members in here. I have none of any extra benefit or return. i just got the same benefit with you guys.

Honestly, as you guys knw into this hobby is not cheap. And gonna spend lot of time to take care of the aquarium. But I still trying my best to do it n let more ppl to enjoy it. Am i asking anything from you guys? Am i asking for a name? or what else?

I am a DIVORCED guy. WHY? coz i spent too much time into this. going here n there to get infomation n discount for members. mainitaining the aquarium. triming the plants...etc. And nvr hv my time for my ex-wife. Wife was complaining and argued with me. Then she got someone better to accompany her. Can you imagine someone you love the most. And you got no time for her and doing silly things to other ppl you dont knw at all? Is it worth to do that for you guys? End up my relationship screw up like that? I know you guys might say, who asking you to do this? Yes. Why i am doing this? Finally, I m realised. This is not worth to do this for anyone.

I believe there are some ppl in here who are expert. Who are qualified to handle the club and getting more benefit for members. I hope you guys doing well.

I am still into the hobby. But won't have go any lfs to get discount. Wont posting in here to let you guys know where n what to get for cheaper price. wont join any activities or any workshop. So that, you guys wont get bored with the same person doing this. (Bettewalk, you shd be very happy now.) The Nano Tank Competition still going on. I am joining it. This is my first competition and my last competition.

Sorry to hear that ...Dom, I dont know why you took the decision to "step down" all the sudden but I respect your decision because I understand all the trials and tribulations you have gone thru...!!!

wanna knw why. login to www.myfish.info. there are too many nonsenses i need to deal with. feeling tired. somemore, no one appreciate it. they just knw condeming me and sceptical what i m doing.

I lost my first marriage coz of this. i dont wanna lost any friendship or other things in here.

Hmmmmmm...... U are frustrated and angry, Dom. I can try and understand, but then again, if you feel that you are really loosing out, then yea, I would say... Just forget the whole thing! (no hard feelings... )

By the way, I hope that you could still give advise sometimes... when you 'feel' like it lar... coz it would be a waste if there is 1 sifu less...

I agree with you. You really should slow down. You spend way way too much on this. Yes, yes, this what you really love doing but get a balance. Say, how many tanks U have? That's 4 times too many...

And another thing, don't be too easy to get pissed off. Don't take comments too seriously, some people can only talk like that, they just trying their best to be funny.

I will slow down. coz i know there are lot of ppl getting jealous or trying to be a smart alex and play a fool with me.

When I first met you, Overdrive & CJMing at WTF, I saw the enthusiasm beaming in all of you. You all were well equiped with the years of knowledge in this hobby.

And when you told me you have more than 8 tanks at home, I know that you are really, really in love with this hobby. You must have spent a lot of your time in it and in the process, could have neglected your personal life.

To form a club for the benefit of people with interest in this hobby is not an easy task. Whatever time you have remaining will all be depleted. Worse still, your morale will certainly be affected when you are faced with criticism from people who do not understand your motive.

I personally appreciate the effort you have put into this forum and see your good intention in forming the club. Its just unfortunately that it didn't materialise.

Well, on the bright side, you can now dedicate more time to your courses, exams and have a good holiday. Good luck Dom and look forward to hear from you again.

Firstly thanks for all the things u have posted in the forum. So sorry to read
that there are people who are jealous of what u do & contributed.
What u have done, is so informative for beginners like me & I am sure this is applicable to other people too.
Anyway if u do not post anything in the forum, I think the forum will not be as interesting anymore.

Great to have known you too Dom I know what you mean when you said all that, I hate politics myself and all other things connected with it, I just want to enjoy my hobby and share my experiences and knowledge with other hobbyist. Anyway good to know that you will still be conducting the nano workshop.
