Your tanks look great(especially the 4ft one)....
You keep ithe 4ft tank in the TARC library... how do you performce the maintainance?

i do the maintenance at night,
is hard lah..imagine carrying water all the way from the toilet to the library.

but anyway worth the satisfaction, i started the tank last time when i work there.

the eballast....get from dato kramat,when u wana approach "lorong garu" see on ur left there is few specialize electrical shop. they sell one for rm13

another place is in KW their e ballast only rm10,

btw...cty also got but rm15 ++ for their nirox e ballast.

I think those e-ballast only can drive one lamp. I believe Yuhas wants something that can drive 2 bulbs. I can get an Osram ballast that can drive up to 4 18W lamps... Overkill...

so far, i use the ballast that can power 2 lamp...not so good result,
1st it rosak around 1-2 month (cat remember)
2nd the result look same to me eye.(kekekeek)
btw..the price is the same

btw.. i just came back from CTY... they sell HC for rm50, 2 pack(kfc garden salad look alike package). quite a lot.tempted to buy but no money.kekekekekeeke

another thing....C*Y ounya barang naik harga leh...
gravel last 2 week,1kg(1 pack)= rm 2.20 now rm3.40
jbl substrate now rm41 last time rm34
