hmmm,

dom, the fissiden look very nice... mine turn black due to negligence in apt tank.

fissiden seems like quite new relatively. some say it grow nicely in hi light. maybe bright light stimulate brighter green leaves too. i suspect it's a bit like bolbitis...

would love to go collecting sometime after i get some work... pock kai already. haha.

loong, slow got a lot of bad points too. dreaded algae...

Ya ya... the dreaded algae is always a bad thing. I guess have to control the light and fert but if like what you mention is true (high light), may be difficult.

cool water med light i think is better bet.

Hi Dom, thanks for the info. I am new to planted tank and are not familiar with the above shops tho I heard good points about them. Plus, I got no transport. Sad but true.

So I dont mind buying some from you guys if you have extra or if there are some kind soul who can let me tag along with them when they go to the above LFS that would be great. Thanks.

Sorry to have hijack your post Dom.

Let me intro abit about myself, name is Frankie been keeping coral reef tank since 2000 or 2001 (can't remember) recently sold off the whole lot and now keeping a planted tank.
