Default 6-7 months old fissiden from wild.

Cjming gave this piece of rock with fissiden to Chea like 6-7 months ago. That time we got the rock with the emersed fissiden n it is kinda short. After months, it grown like this... (The tank with 1 pink color aquarium lighting. Brackish water. No CO2. No fertilizer.)

Fissiden is a type which grow superb slow plant. Slowest than the nana petite. no matter you giving it a high lighting, high co2, extra cooling water.. with high fertilizer. It still growing at their own business n doesnt care about what condition it is in.

Impressive, thanks for sharing Dom.

Too bad it's another slow grower, if it grows as fast as mosses, we will probably convert our moss tank to fissidens...haha

IMHO. The slow growing does have it's plus point. For one thing, don't need to trim once it grows. Kinda like a slow growing bonsai of some sort, slow to shape up but once shape up, it remains beautiful.

Of course, the growing part is probably a pain but if can collect and in abundant, why not?
