Hi justtalk,

What you have is not Eusteralis stellata. The plant from your link is Limnophila aromatica. If you note the leaf, you'll notice that your Limnophila aromatica leaf looks jagged. Eusteralis stellata leaf is not jagged. Beside green, they do comes in other colours. Ive seen deep purple red ones before at a lfs.

Hey guys,

Eusteralis stellata is also known as Pogostemon stellata.
They have smaller jagged leaves than Limnophila aromatica.

More pictures!

Hi Justtalk
In case you planned to throw this plant away due to overcrowded in your tank please reserve one or two for me.

I normally pull them off from the substrate when they grow too tall, then I cut them into half. I replant the top part and throw the bottom part.
I can reserve the bottom portion for you next time I trim them. Will SMS or IM you then.
HI Justtalk
Usually you don't throw away the bottom part as the plant anak will grow from the remaining stem. This is where you can multiply your plant.
If you only plant the top part and throw the bottow then you will always have the same number of plant.
