Thanks to all the members who attended our 1st AGM, the following are the minutes of the AGM, outlining the MAC progress so far!

2006 Annual General Meeting
held in Sentul (Dom's place), Sunday 19th March 2006

Minutes:
Dom overall opened the meeting, welcoming members to the first AGM of the Malaysian Aquascaping Club.

1.Name of Club:
We have finalized our club name as Malaysian Aquascaping Club aka MAC.

2.Logo Designs:
Stan and Robby are currently assigned to create the logo and will post on the forum for member feedbacks.

3. Membership fees
The fees are still pending, we will finalize once we have gathered all the necessary informations and details.

4. Discussion
- Outlined relevant Terms and Conditions for club registration.
- Activities and outing to be carried out in coming the future.
- Sourcing and collabration with local fish shop owners and suppliers.

5. Committee for 2006
The AGM noted nominations for the Staff Club Management Committee for 2006 .
Those members nominated were declared elected to the positions:

President - Dom
Vice President - Stan Chung
Treasurer - Loong Chek Jen
Secretary - Robby

Meeting ended at 6:00pm.
