Happy to be here, and just want to share. Here is my 48X18X18 planted tank. This tank was setup on 1 Oct 2005. After a few replanting and rescaping, this is
how the tank looks like today.

Substrate : ADA Aquasoil Amazonia, Powersand
Filter : Eheim Pro II 2026
Lighting : 6 X 36w Philips 865/4P PLL, 2 X 36w ADA PLL, 10-12 hours daily
CO2 : Pressurized tank, 10 hours daily, 20-30ppm
Fert : Brighty K, Brighty Step 2, ECA, Green Bacter

Water Parameters :
Ph : 6.4
KH : 2
NO3 : approx 12.5ppm(after weekly water change) to 20ppm(end of the week)

Plant :
Hygrophila sp,Bolbitis,Crypt Wendtii,Sag Subulata,Vallisneria,Anubias Nana,Ludwigia Repens,P. Stellata,L. Aromatica,Tonina sp.Belem,Tonina Fluvitalis, Blyxa japonica, Glosso, Rotala Rotundifolia, E. Crineum,Myriophyllum tuberculatum, Java fern

Fish :
5 X Puntius Denisonii Barb, 12 x Rummynose Tetra, 18 X Harlequin, 5 X Glowlight Tetra, 3 X Madagascar Rainbow, 2 X Apisto, 3 X Krib, 8 X Otto, 3 X SAE, 5 X Yamato

Currently one of my stems of stellata stunted and branched off. Have been dosing extra potassium. Will see in a week before trimming.

Also have been looking for KNO3 or K2SO4, to dose potassium, 'tak tahan wooooo...' just using Brigthy K for this tank size.

very nice tank. new to the forum. Looks like most of your spec are from ADA. ADA setup is rather costly. how much did you spent?

the E cinereums are special...mine shrank and died off.
will try again once my bullets are reloaded...

btw your camera white balance setting is off. too yellow.

$$$ can make beautiful tank sometime. ADA stuff full set for 4ft tank is around RM800+.

...and that's not including the super-duper-classy Eheim pro... and the total would be... egegegeee

FYI- ADA is a one stop shop brand...you can buy canister filters and even fish food! so you can go all the way ADA...
just make sure you have more than 30K+ lying around...
