Thanks for the comments. But I think it's too late to make any changes to th tank since the closing date is really soon. However, I will rescape a lil here and there after the contest is done. No major works though as the tank will be torn down in July. I can't seem to get a better pic than this. The camera that I am using (Olympus C-350) really sucks. The white balance is retarded all the time. Can anyone help me edit the pic using photoshop ? I dont know how to use photoshop..... If anyone is willing to help, I will email him/her the original pic.... BTW... will a little digital touch up disqualify me??

hi r,
nice pleasing layout, good choice of plants... pity the ozelot is not fully grown in... the right foreground can be more level... about the white balance, try putting in a pink tube to bring out the fish colour. otherwise photoshop is the way to go as last resort.

Hi ...
Here's my comments. Positive: Overall, the tank looks very healthy and grown in, very nice. Foreground looks very full which is important. Credit to you on that. Negative: The color balance of the pic looks a bit off. The crinum or balansae at the back looks out of place because your tank is short with the leaves rolled up even to the midsection of the tank(can you arrange the leaves before photo shoot?). Ozelot also looks out of place because the contrast of its size to your tank, plus it dwarfs the rest of your plants. Just some suggestion, since not much can be done to the others, you can probably try some trimming on the mosses to "soften" the edges.

I'm planning to send it to Japan straight, dont really trust the LFS here. I did actually want to remove the C.Balansae but I dont know where to put them, sayanglah. I managed to edit the colour balance using my com. Just have to wait for the photo to b developed. BTW, there is actually a plantlet of downoi in the tank, but it is not doing well (leaves are small and curly). Any ideas why? There are lots of ferts planted underneath it and I dont think lighting is the problem. I dose JBL ferropol on a regular basis but it's still the same. The 88 Marine fella ask me to use Brighty K, but it's so expensive. Will only buy it as a last resort since the downoi cost me 35 bucks.

well you can send it to ADA Malaysia which is just one block in front of AquaWorld. YT's place.
... as long as it get to them before they send it to Japan. Meaning they will accept even last minute submissions as late as 30th April.
