ok i just add in abt 100grams of chicken ferts...and covered them with sand...but some indivdual pellets still could be seen on surface ...guess i have to remove them with a twiser.

so DOm...my plants better not melt ah...algae i tara takut...if melt that means there should be some killing going on.

yea all chicken organic in klang valley sapu by members...its either that ...or a pair of not so happy dudes would be knocking on your door armed with shotguns....and i must remind u...those shotguns aint gonna be loaded with 25 BBs but 150 BB rounds....and if u know a thing or two about BB rounds...25BBs are design to kill large prey,while 150BBs are for shooting birds.....and i got my sights sorted out on just the right kinda bird...

so far no melting...so on the second day i dump in another 200grams. water is a bit like tea o. so i change 50% water...and what a damn waste ...i just put in Azoo iron 2 days ago ...and the darn thing is darn expensive.

need alot of labis sand to cover up the ferts , but still a few pellets here and there on the surface....aiya lazy to remove, let them dilute la...take it as extra liquid fert.
well...this is an algae free tank....so if algae appear ...then some adjustment must be done when using chicken and kambing fert...or else ..KEBUN LUMUT!

anyway i was more concern about melting than algae....if melting do happen the first to go would be the macarandas...if they are ok ...i m sure the rest could take it too.

i have at least 10 different kind of garden ferts with me now ...after some shopping done at the nusery...would want to try them all.
the one with N2P8K8 looks interesting....wonder if they could be use for turning red macaranda to pink.
low N, higher P & K.. thats what the book says...
but then what about high N lower P&K...would they turn plants red?????
