Here's the six shortlisted logotypes.
We have not put up logo creator's rationale behind the designs because we feel it's up to the fellow member's to derive what the artist has done rather than selling it ala advertising.

So let be objective and post your rationale behind your choice/choices.

I like logos 1 and 4. For 1, like the simplicity and the sleekness of the look.

Logo 4 has possibilities for converting into stickers, emblems etc.

You are right, it's hard to decide. If I have to really decide on one, I'd go for logo 1.

Sorry if I clicked on both logos in the poll. Accident.

Finally... I keep chasing stan for days n nights. Scratching my head when i received so many designs from members. I would like to say thank you to those helping out the logo design. I am very appreciate your effort and time spent in the design.

It's a tough choice because you really did a wonderful job on them. We can tell that you put alot of effort into this.

I chose logo 4, no reason why, just like it. Could have been perfect if there's a few strands of curly valis in between somewhere. Anyway, it's already a good professional design never seen before in any clubs.

Could have chosen logo 1 but reminds me too much of ADA's logo...hahah...i think you copied!!!! Logo 3 is also quite good, my choice was between 3 and 4.

Moss: Singapore, Taiwan, Weeping, Spiky, Erect, Xmas.

Pellia: Coral pellia, Normal pellia, Medium pellia?, Wild mini pellia.

Logo 4 is my choice.

I choose Logo 1 for its neatness and coolness.
It will be even better if the green text can be changed to navy blue (down wards toning).

Logo 4 is special too. It didn't get my pick because i would prefer aquatic plant to be featured instead of fish.

Logo 5 is original. It would be much better if the glosso like plant is moved to the top/back of MAC. And the glosso like plant to be replaced by a bolbitis/moss like plant.

Just my 2 cents. Great effort, guy !!!

gosh..it is hard. all look really nice. but I pick Logo 1, it is simple and yet attractive.

hmmm... tough choice... wanna hear my comment? (wah... people take big effort to create, summore wan to komplain...) but.. if u allow me... nahh... i just wanna say it, can't keep my mouth shut (or... in this case, my fingers are... hehehe)

for me:
no 1: sorry to say... reminds me of ADA
no 2: simple. ppl who loves simplicity would like this logo
no 3: the phrase longer than the MAC words. kinda ackward, .... for me
no 4: is good. nice and evrything enclosed within. thats logo. but could be an A+ if got some leaf
no 5: 100% pure originality. would have been my 1st if the phrase 'malaysian aquascaping club' is there
no 6: great use of symbolisation of the palm for aquascaping, hence many of us have itchy hands heheee...btw, it's kinda out of place....

wait wait... my 2cents only haa... . no offense haa... great work though, good effort... i picked number..... hey! this is a poll, right? and i shouldn;t reveal my choice...

I really like logo 4!! :P

I would want a t-shirt like that. Only thing missing is some plants somewhere. But that looks fine as it is. Maybe add a few sprigs of vallis or something in the background and it'll rock.

Logo 4

- because it shows something got to do with fish... as someone mentioned earlier, a few strand of plants would be good....
IMHO, plants can be done in green color... few strands of vallis? and then we use the same green for the word MAC..... just to show it links.... so, its not completely about fish...

Logo 5

- i like the green there, however, i think it is hard to read... a different type of font maybe??? or, can we use the green plant as the M, since it is same shape... then extend the M with the Font.....

its hard to exlpain but u guys get it?
