Wah, if I were a fish, sure feel very comfortable one. Just like staying in a semi-d. The lighting effect is funny... swim to the left - bright...swim right - very romantic! haha. But overall looks very nice and inviting.

Bolbitis i got plenty...old stock plant in garden water pot....and dont want give u...coz u have gangster cichlids...bolbitis are for gentle cichlids like jurupari hor.

Sliver dollars are NO1 plant eater hor...no 2 is Lampam la....put in a bunch of green soft leaf sayur ....half day onli ...habuk pun tara.... but they dont touch ferns....they not stupid hor...same same like humans la...u want to eat OLD KAI LAN or not....coz java fern and bolitis are are actually sayur tua...heheheh

not romantic la....but back to nature....i explain hor

the water is actually teh o tipis colour...but lighting makes it look diferent la.
in the Amazon ...when monson season come wah chiya lat liao...rain non stop for weeks la.
river TUA CHIM CHUI....so water overflow in to the jungle la.
this setup is not in river hor ....but jungle floor la...the roots are there to represent tree...banjir ma

fish aslo not stupid one ler...jungle got many insect trap...banjir cannot lari ...so fish makan them lor....but fish sometime also bodoh la ...come liao dun know how to go back ...so when water level drop ...fish all trap liao.....later they become ikan masin la.

the lighting ler ...the part without plants ...is clear sun light shinning down la....but under the shade of plants..it look red...coz the water is teh o colour ma.

if u got go jungle ...and got chan to swim in clear water pool...u can see the effect of sun light that produce different shades of colour under water....


best part is java fern and bolbitis cannot die one hor....hahahaha

BTW ...do u really believe this tank is filtered with only cotton and rm15 pump?? this water can fight with diamond water hor

no secret la...can come and look la...but if post photo in forum , then i cannot cari makan liao....cannot cari makan , mana ada duit go genting highland lai one arm bandit...i want to kena that rm1 millon jackpot hor... somemore now world cup coming liao hor....makan setengah bola good or pasang ah????..... ..makan first la...if masok bola ...second half pasang oppsite team....score 1-1...leong pin sau chin ...


actually the filter system is 3 wet, 2 trickle /dry, waste extracter and reverse compartments...., got resin, got hydrokarbon,got ehfitorf, got poshphate sponge, got purigen, square rig ceramic, got ceramic casing...and on top of all that is the rm 1 cotton wool and the rm15 power head ,,....

this system is the same as the one i use for SPS hard corals....but must change the filter media la.....if u got chan to go HOTEL MELIA in BB...look out for the larger version of this system...siap by 5th june...i hope....malaysia la...hujan means transport lori tara datang...tara datang means workers sit and wait....and that means owners muka black black hor.... finally means i must switch off HP lo
