height is 15 inches only.. gonna have both moss and HC.. so i think should need high light right for HC?

where can we find 8000K PLL? except ADA one la. i got a china brand one, say 8000K but dont know how true it is.

how bout i get 2 PLL 6500K, plus your recommendation of 2800K and 18000K? a mix and match..

i use to have the china PLL 8000K x 2 and philips 6500K x 2 (total of 108W). Plants doing good (though got bit algae - common rite hehe). then hand itchy rescape and change light also.. mana tau light not suitable. bad experiment.

dont mind pay a bit more.. but not the ADA range la.. ADA 30W x 4 = 300 bucks = many meal at shogun buffet ahaha

PLL is only for tanks with height of 2 feet and above.
but if u insist...then get 2 twin PLL...one wont be enough to light up the whole 2.5 feet...since they have narrow arce...like shinning dowards in a straight line.
For PLL u dont have much choice in Ks...only in the 6 to 8000k range. for better result add in some other spectrum like 2800k or 18000k.

but at 2.5 feet ...your tank can take it or not?????

Osram or philips sama2 la...

I know Azoo has 10,000K PLL - white light, very the bright. NA sells them. If anyone knows where can get a good selection of lights (with the Kelvin ranges Ati mentioned) do tell yah. Unless ari can point us to the right place. So ari, waiting for your response.

PS. I think ari won't be available from 12am tonight hahaha

dont knw what plant can grow in such a high k. btw, i had bought the FL tube which is 7900K before. But not PL lar... price kind of cheap. Heard it is a new brand which they want to compare with philip n osram.
