Yes. I am wondering why Singapore have more variety to choose and cheaper price if compare to KL or JB. Why you still want to source the stuff from Malaysia?
Ari, most of the farms in johor doing export. Earning USD or Pound better than earning Ringgit right?

Hi aq plant lover,
There are few farms in Malaysia. But most of the farms are far away from KL. And they are not open for public. And they will not take worker for short term working period eventhough they don't need to pay you a single sen. Because they have their own 'secret' to grow the plants, etc. Which they will not allow outsider to find out. So, working as a spy in farm is not a good idea. You might become the "fertilizer" of their plants.

No problem dude. I visited few farms before. Most of the farms will not open for public or commecial guy. That's why lot of lfs owners and some commercial products retailers was not allow to visit their farm.
I am working close to those farms. Exchange information and plants between them and those labs. That's why I am able to in and out the farms. But normally they located in downtown which is far away from city. 1 trip easily cost you RM100-200 petrol + toll.

haha..well it all depends on the kinda relantionship u have with farm owners...some might even invite u there .
theres this farm in Nilai..i go there on a regular basis...not to steal their farming secret....but fishing! dun expect to find any watery wonderland there since most of the plants are planted above ground....dry! or in peat pots. hahaha...as a free helper u would be toiling the soil instead of trimming plants.

Dear Ari,
you must be joking right, they plant it dry just like those normal plants in the garden? wow, tht the last thing i could think of dude. how amazing! here's my query, why my aquatic plants will dry off ever since its out of water for certain period dude?

FYI:
Most aquatic plants are cultivated emersed. Submersed and emersed form of the same plant can look very different. Most do. Most aquatic plants can survive in a misty environment. True aquatic plants cannot survive on land. R Stan
