Default Looking for cryptocorynes

Hi. Has anyone in the KL/ PJ area got cryptocorynes that they want to give away? Preferably the type that grows large and tall because I want to put the crypts in my 4ft tank.

I have the following plants to exchange for the cryptocorynes:
1. Heteranthera zosterifolia
2. java moss
3. java fern
4. cabomba
5. smallish (4" tall) echinodorus

Thanks.

I can spare you some C.cordata and affinis. Due to i didn't really planting them. All leaves are melting. Left the root and growing with a new tinny leaf.

And if you come next week. You might lucky to get bullosa.

got some Cryptocoryne Fusca and Griffithii if you are interested. both are collector's item.
the griffithii is not from singapore but wild collected from west kalimantan. not to be mistaken for cordata since they look alike to the untrained eyes.
the fusca is farm cultivated in jakarta, originally from sulawesi.
they are for exports but i have some surplus for rare plant collectors
pm me for price or any other rare plants

Default where to find clay?

guys

today me and flashout had visit 3 home gardening shop, none of them carry clay. one of the owner told us to use red soil in stead of clay.

the purpose of finding is to use it in our planted tank. my plan is to make it at the bottom layer. have did some checking on the net, and seems like clay good for plant with roots

is it a non commercial item? that it can only be acquire by getting it from nature?

would prefer if can buy it in stead. no idea where to find.

thanks!

Shawn

You can get the clay from the flower nursery selling the Lotus or Water lily. Normally they are selling clay for those.
