Hi guys, been reading the post here, rather interesting, as i'm a aquatic plant lover myself. Though still new in this. Anyway, just wondering where did you guys obtained the java moss. Curious cause hardly seen anywhere selling a wider range of plants around. Care to recommend?

rot,

Like i said ealier, you can get a much wider range of special plants at 88 marine in Pandan Indah and a marine store in Tmn Maluri behind Jaya Jusco. There was another shop in Damansara which I think is the best of all but too bad they don't sell plants anymore.

Java moss is actually not hard to find as sometimes they can be found in common fish store as they are hardy. The more sensitive, less hardy and expensive plants can only be found in specialised shop like the one i mentioned above.

Thanks guys,
Finally, found some other places to shop around. But my problem is, I'm residing in KT. I rarely visit KL, may 2 or 3 times a year. Mostly on official visit. The only place I've been so far was Mid Valley. Do you know any shop or person who can sell plants through mail order?

Hi zazuarz,

Not sure if they will do mail order or not. FYI, there are 2 more lfs in Subang that sells plants. One of them is opposite the Subang market and another one in USJ. I'll get their address and phone details and give it to you guys later.

I went to 88 Marine today. They have stock for riccia but to my surprise, they are selling the small little pre-packed riccia for rm38.00..Is that the real price because some shop in Pj is selling riccia on stone for only rm10..

Hi Guys,

I'm a newbie here, very interested in Aqua plants.
Can you post the address of aquarium shops in subang or PJ?
I knew 1 in Subang SS19. But not much variety.

Eddie

This are the ones I know about and visited :

Damansara Utama - same roll of shop as 7 Eleven... right at the other end of the roll.

Pandan Indah - ( this shop is bigger ) - Jln Pandan Indah 4/10
Blocks of shops across the road from Fajar...
