My 4" arrowana silver

Ok well i have my arrowana in my QT tank to grom him out abit i got him at 3" is he big enough to put in my 135 yet. The only reason im not to sure about it is that im not sure he will be able to get food. Atm i have 2 adult texas cichlids that wont eat fish and about 10 texas fry left and 5 small Jack Dempsys. When the dump the guppies will he be able to compeate for it with all the fry and Jack dempsys? I will be putting guppies blackworms and brine shimp in there. thats what i feed
