Default female fighter acting srangely is she dying

i have a male and female in the same tank and today she started acting really strange.
she keeps pushing her head into the gravel and isnt moving very much at all when she puts her head in the gravel her tail is striaght up in the air.
also when she of the bottom and moving she keeps flopping over to the side very worried bout her and help would really be appreciated

i have a betta and he does the same thing he puts his head into the gravel and the tail p and just stays there is soo weird

how long already u keeping this betta? what coming out from my mind is the internal bacteria or the water went wrong.

Hehe something is definitely wrong. Although betta is a passive fish but shoving its head into the gravel seemed not right.

Dom, but if water quality problem I think it'll just jump out. They are heck of a jumper.....

Maybe it's internal bacteria as you say.
