Where the betta persephon lives?

Hello,
this is genm,from japan.
I'll make a trip to Malaysia this september,
and wanna go for catching betta,especially persephon.
I heard they live in around Air Hitam,but last time I went there,
I could'nd find them at all.
The orignal article said ;
They live 3km northern area from Air Hitam of
Asian high way.
Anyone knows where they live?
If you got them somewhere in Malaysia,
would you please tell me where and how?

Hi Genm,

Just to let you know its not that easy to catch them .Don't get your hopes to high. I have been trying to catch all sorts of betta species in Malaysia. But so far the result is not so good. Good luck.So far the only betta i cought are betta pugnax and imbelis. For betta pugnax i actually fish them up

I doubt that you will ever find an answer to this revealed here for fear the place would be raped..... All the way from Japan ? If you know the right people they might tell you. I really don't know the answer though.

Malaysia Betta Club member might know. But, all of their mouths are zipped! You might take years to gain their trust.

Somewhere around Muar area.... Well, at least if you don't find B.persephone, u can go try Muar "Otak-otak". LOL.

muar otak no nice leh melaka 1 lagi best who know u may find cincaluk there,i actually prefer the steamed otak then the grilled one.

gan, i m muarian... shd ask me about the otak-otak. don't go for the road side one. you shd goto the one selling inside the house one. All in frozen and you can just buy...and fried/steam. Melaka otak also from Muar what...hahaha...

Muar...B. imbellis got tons lar.
