Our year-old Betta has recently seemed to develop a major problem with its swim bladder (my guess). For the last 10 days it has been unable to get off the bottom of the tank and it is just standing on it's head as if top-head-heavy. (Meaning that he is doing a headstand - fins floating up). It has become increasingly motionless and we gave him up for good but tonight.....lots of smimming action but head still welded to the bottom. Does not appear to be able to swim up in any way. Doesn't see to be eating. Has NONE of the symptoms described in bettatalk.com

Anyone have any ideas what to do and what might be going on??
