Hi,
My betta is currently suffering from a disease called droopsy. The abdominal part of the fish is swollen with scale protuding out from the swollen area. I have gotten some information on how to treat the fish by using Epsom salt and tetracyline. I have checked with the my local fish shop but they had no idea of the medication that I am seeking. Can anyone pls tell me if there is any alternative way of obtaining these supplies. I have also read some comments that the disease is incurable and that some web sites recommend destroying the fish before infecting other bettas. Any comments ? Thanks in advance. |
