How old are male betta's when full grown
I have two betta's and are trying to breed them but I can't. I need to know how old they are when they are ready to sell. I am not new to fish breeding because I have been breeding guppies for about a year and I am getting 5 more bettas 3 guppies and 4 platies Friday 5-26-06.

normally i will breed them around age 3 months or more...but some breeder will breed them around age 6-7 months time...the reason why i spawn them on age 3 month is i scare my betta will died before i can spawn it so once i get the betta i will start to spawn already

If you get from LFS, they are between 4-7 months old already, unless if you choose from the female tanks... They are usually 2-3 months old only.
Breeding bettas are best at the age of 4 onwards..... 5-6 months is the best age... But different situation works for different people, like yewlin is able to develop stunning beauties even when breeding them at age 3 months...
