weird thing on my betta's face

i just noticed recently that one of my betta's eyes is all bulged out and theres a giant red spot on that side of his face with little white spots. whats going on? can this be treated or should i just flush him?

please help

You never 'just flush' a fish. Thats a cruel and stupid thing to do.

sounds like a bacterial or parasite infection. Can you get an antib internal bacterial medication?
