Sorry for asking ignorant question but me so new in this banana business...

The only time I come across pisang daun is either nasi kandar or ikan bakar...

HM means Halfmoon for betta ...

I never tried to use banana leave before .. i just use the Ketapang leave for my HM and HMPK .. it is very useful leaves which release natural antibiotic and anti fungus agent ....
