I just bought a baby half moon betta (2-3 months old) from UE3 shop yesterday. Bought it for RM40.00. Hopefully it will grow up nicely. Anymore shops that sell nice half moon. UE3 betta shop said they are opening another outlet in Time Square. They intend to open one branch in Bandar Utama.

Hi i'm a new user. I'm from penang n am a proud owner of 1 black double cr betta the 1 that has the word champion on the betta chart, 1 golden n 25 half moons. The reason i have so many is coz my dad fren is a very famous international fish exporter in penang, Mr soon the discus breder. We get beautiful bettas in penang theres a shop in tanjung bungah that specialises in importing bettas from thai or indo countries. The people from kl buy for example a gold half moon for around rm150 in penang n sell them about rm2++ in kl. A half moon in penang ranges from rm25 to rm65. Crown tails r a bit more expensive i bought mine for rm95 2years ago coz i knew the breeder. They also hav waitin list for people who want half moon gold bettas coz in every 2 shipment in a month from thai 2 penang theres only 1 gold n 2 black cr bettas. Don wory bout the Quality of bettas jus make sure their from penang in tanjung bungah or mr soon breeding farm coz all the bettas there r imported n hand chosed by people who r the best in the buisnes.

Wah...I want to get some HM...too bad I have to wait another2-3 years cos I am in UK...unless...can arrange to send fish to UK...Heheheh

I am from Penang also. Where is this shop in Tj Bungah that you claim to import bettas from thailand?
I would like to get a few good ones. Those selling in acqurium shop here are the local breed ones but they don't have the cr type.
