I dun think anyone here with a sane mind would wanna part with so much money and get a chiller for a tank with a few hillstream loaches though.
A fan sounds more like the appropriate choice...cheap and expandable...

haha..that's why that uncle also tear off the tank n redo. heard few fans installed also can't help. but if u r the loach maniac. and keeping those rare type n planning to breed. why not to spend a thousand in a chiller? right?

i believe kev is making a point that these loaches needs fast water. shrimp tank normally are not... at least mine is not... somemore my tank so small only.

just tot of getting one that can kept together with me shrimp only and also for algae control. recently cannot find oto ... and in tmn megah lfs selling for rm6 (crazy!). i remember melvin only selling less than rm3. dom, melvin's place still got or not ... since you frequent his place quite often.
