Gray Severum changing color? Is this normal?

Hi all. This is my first post here. I've got a gold and gray severum in my 55gal aquarium. Recently my gray severum got a spot of gray fungus on his tail. I am in the process of medicating him for that now.

His belly is starting to turn yellow. Is this normal or does this mean something more? He is acting fine and has a more than healthy appetite.
