well anyway...i got my chiclid tank about 2 months ago and everything has been going great...until i started developing this brownish algea everywhere...and i clean it every weekend...well it was just an inconvienence..until it got on 1 of my fish...then another...then another...the another....and now all my fish have it...any suggestions on wat to do!!?

Try cutting down on the light that is around the tank. Don't keep the light on all the time if that is what you are doing. And try to avoid any direct sun light to the tank. Also you can check to see if you have any frequent temp. changes. If you do that it should hope fully cut down on the algea bloom. Also with the Orangeish algea try to wipe it out or off of what ever it is on because I do belive that is the algea that will become really hard if left on any thing for to long.
