Quarantined Oscar has ICK,Getting worse

All,

My oscar that was the subject of my prior thread is quarantined in a 30 gallon cycled tank.
48 hours after placement he showed signs of ICK on his fins. I pulled the cartridges and treated with quick cure. This morning he is worse not better.
Question, anything I could be doing different? I am worried about my ammonia levels although they are still ok. I will do my water change this after noon,and retreat...If anyone has any advise that will help me save this beautifal fish please let me know....
