Quality of blue dempseys are very variable. The short of the long is that I've not seen a good quality blue dempsey in Malaysia for quite a while already.... Seems that our importers aren't willing to pay the price for premium quality fish, so we're stuck with the insipid poor quality fish.
I know someone on this forum that's trying to bring in some quality dempseys but the small numbers just don't make it viable to import. |

That friend happens to also be me lar....... hahahaha!!! Like I said stocks in Singapore not as good as anticipated. So, 've to wait awhile longer. Is your tank ready ? If I can't land it on my next trip, I'll refund, no worries.

I trust Cichlid Connection. But really wanna find out whether any guys out there are keeping this fish and how successful they are in doing so. Hehehe! So that mine doesnt die earlier than they should. Joe, you're rite. I dont have the tank ready yet. Just got myself a good piece of drift wood from NA. But not really enuff space to do more yet. Just have to tie up some plants and place a few pieces of rocks. The bottom tank is absolutely untouched. Waiting for some inspiration. Maybe I will visit Bro Dog to see his set up.
