Hi All,

Been a while since I last posted a message here. Anyway, recently 2 of my blood parrots paired up. I've read that blood parrots are infertile. Any truth??? Will my blood parrot breed??? Any constructive comments/opinions are very much welcomed.

Well so far, the pair has cleared up 3 sites...but that's all to it. I seriously doubt there will be fries after doing a lot of reading. Nevertheless, it should be interesting to watch the breeding ritual itself; fry or no fry

Well, the blood parrot pair finally chose a site, inside a ceramic pot. The egg tube of the female is clearly visible and when I checked, I can see eggs inside the pot.

However, when I checked again the next day, all the eggs were gone...perhaps they have turned white and eaten by the pair itself.
