common white spot....just raise the water temp to 30'C...add that pimafix..
after u notice the white stuff is no longer on the fish body...add in another dose to kill off the eggs once and for all. maintain water temp at 29'c to avoid further outbreak

just leave her as she is....yes it will transfer to other fishes and chances are they have already contracted it.
yes no eggs rite now ...and when i say eggs ...i mean eggs belong to the white spot.
when they leave the fish body , they would become dormant or eggs ...waiting for the right condition to hatch again.
the trick is to get them to leave the fish body ...then kill them ...just leave that to your pimafax

Default Treat aggressively...

I once had problems with white spots when I got a pair of Blue Dempseys. I waited a few days to treat the commercial solutions. Finally, I managed to save only one fish. So I would say, treat aggressively.

Smile Good luck!

Agree with the above, plus some additional info:

Common steps to med a tank
Immediate: 50% water change, then add appropriate dosage
Every 3 days: 25-50% water change, then add appropriate dosage

Approximate time-frame of medication
1-2 weeks depending on disease outbreak & severity of the problem.
For parasitic diseases (such as white-spot or cotton wool), 2 weeks recommended.

Other info
Aggressive medication is NOT OVERDOSING.
Aggressive medication = frequent water changes & medication at proper dosage.

... & finally
On the female holding the eggs - pimafix shouldn't harm them (at the proper dosage). Of course, nobody can tell so, keep ur fingers crossed.
