Why use charcoal on my whisper filters?

ACTIVATED charcoal helps to absorbe chemicals from the water, and is used for chemical filtration. It is sooo good at absorbation that it helps with "brown" water, chlorine, chemical poisoning, etc. So, remember to take out the charcoal when you put in medicine, as it will clear those out too!!! Also good to clear out traces of medicine once your fishes recover!!!

when put medicine must take out one ar? aiya i dunno le, last time just put medic like tat, no wonder my medic seems didnt work well, thanks for ur message
