How to breed yellow labs cichlids

How can i breed a yellow lab cichlid?And tell from male from female.Do the females eat the fry?

aiyo....yellow lab is quite ez to breed especially if u provide enough hiding space and good male-female ratio. to sex them,u have to do venting....telling by words is not enuff,search the web. plenty of venting information in pictures. they do eat frys...so have to give them plenty of hideout! or u wont have much fry left! hehehe!!
