i have had my convict cichlids for almost about 1 year and they have not breed yet and i am getting a little worried. I have placed them in a 30 gallon tank with alot of hiding spots. There are 2 rock caves that i set up at recently..the male and female have both been in seprate ones. also the female seems to be very aggresive when another fish goes to the cave.. i also have in the tank 2 jack dempseys and 2 parrot cichlids...so if anyone knows anyhting can u please help me out i would really be happy thanks.. i am online alot so if u have any advice im at kurtmeister14 thanks

How many convicts do you have in there? If the ratio is 1:1 the chances aren't that good. Try to get a few more females for the male to choose froom, after all variety is the spice of life !!!
