My Flowerhorn_body filmpeeling, bloated, fins rotting etc.

I do not know whats going on with my Flowerhorn. At !st I noticed films of coating peeling off from its body. later I noticed that its fins torn & rotting from the tips. Its eyes were coated with a layer of film. The fins at the grills are 1/2 gone. The water has lots of bubbles.

I did 20% water change. The fish show some releive but not after 2 days I notice the fins were getting worse. Did ammonia check, found ammonia presence. Change water again. noticed the body bloated up. Since day 1 food was not given. Please help.
