Default urgent help - my parrot fish is dying

i new to have parrot fish and i have them only for about a week.
now i found my parrot fish body like cover a layer of white powder. will the parrot fish get white spot like the gold fish?
i also found my parrot fish split out the food after they try to eat. they are not moving much as they just sitting at the bottom of the tank.

Default Check your water parameters

For Freshwater, please do the following.

Check the water parameters, consisted the following
1) PH
2) KH (Hardness)
3) NO2 (Nitrite)
4) NO3 (Nitrate)
5) NH4 (Ammonia)

Water temperature?

What kind of filter media you used?

What kind of fish food you give to your blood parrots ? (some brands will contain too many artificial flavouring) I preferred the Tetra brand though expensive but the quality always consistent.

Did you add enough salt into the water? is your tank having enough cycle before you put all the fish into the tank?
