Hahaha, I seldom go and see 'Uncle Lim' because each time I go there, I have to pay him some money to pave the highway.......
Hmm, why nobody want to start a discus farm somewhere mid hill. Must have good water there....... Cheers! BT Lee |

I haven't tried the epsom salt/prazi combination. I haven't heard anyone recommend it. It might be too strong and make the fish intestines come out To continue on a serious note, prazi does not destroy the eggs of the worms, so a second treatment is usually advisable. |

Stan,
it is in powder form and it needs to be kept in the fridge when not in use. It is packed in 30 gm in white container....but that would be expensive as the container's weight will make shipping cost more expensive. I have made adjustment to the price ... as most buddies here are Malaysians and I understand the exchange rate is expensive. Therefore, the price is S$1.30 per 1 gm of Fucin. If it is to be posted, I will pack it into Aluminium foil but you have to have air-tight containers ready to transfer them into. But if delivered by hand or carried in, I will pack it in standard containers of 30 gm. Let me know, Take care, Andrew

Wong,
Overdose...sure all die Joke aside....any antibiotic...when overdosed will have an effect on the subject. It is different from supplements which have varying yet wide range of tolerance. As our study, this Fucin is effective against 'Melting fins'....also know as 'Split fins'... Septicemia. The dose is 2.8 gm per 100 litre of water....and treatment should stay for 12 days. Usually, the water will foul in 4 days, so you may need to redose to strength every 4 days after WC. In other word, you will need 2.8 gm x 3 for a 12 day treatment of 100 litre of water. AS the concoction is expensive, it is advised to treat the whole hatchery or all the discus within a premise all at the same time to prevent re-infection due to cross-contamination from untreated tanks in the future. Dose should not exceed 3.5 gm and should not be below 2.8 gm. Within this range, it is not harmful. Take care, Andrew
