Ok hope u guys enjoy ur trip there... About the word depart...its ok if u add "ing" behind of it and not an "ed". "Departing from KL" is ok but "Proceeding with family" sounds better for btlee's case. Depart doesn't mean K.O. but departed says that better Last edited by Plecowhacko : 09-12-2005 at 11:47 AM. |

Wow! This trip was more than discus hunting. It started with our meeting point in Rawang and drove all the way to Taiping for our first stop. Had our lunch in Taiping, with "cai kui tueh" and "green" coffee ... yummmy
After lunch was the most adventure trip ever experience during this kind of hunting trip. Travel up the hill in a 4WD (now you guys knew why I requested 4WD to be the perfer transport) to a farm cater for discus and arowana. This place is fantastic, with mountain stream along the farm and its pond of arowana. Everyone started to "sapu" discus, once we reaches this farm - only one word cheap. On the way down the hill, we stopped by along the ponds where tubifex worms were raised - its nutritious to the discus. We finished off our trip with the last stop in Ipoh, for the most modern and high tech. discus farm ever visited. All our eyes dropped, when we saw those tanks where champion were raised. Just Super! Lastly, I would like to thanks those DSM members and farm owners, who are willing to share this wonderful experience with us ... Last edited by tropic wonder : 12-12-2005 at 12:12 PM. |
