make them sick.........

hahah...........

seriously, this is natural behavior of the Discus which are territorial by nature. So long as they are not physically fighting which is rare and may result in injuries, some chasing adds spices to their lives....no problem at all.

only healthy fishes have time and energy to chasing others around.

Agree with David...It would be normal to observe occasional "chasing" if it is seen happening among the peers, i.e. they are physically of the similar size even though they may not necessarily have the similar "seniority" in the tank. IMHE, however, if your tank houses discus of varied sizes (say from 2-in to 4in or above), low population, and you still observe such aggressive chasing (or attack?), then I would suggest that you separate the smaller ones from the bigger adults. Otherwise, the big ones will behave like "tai ko" scaring away the small ones, especially during feeding time...hence resulting in slow growth.
