Wow,

You've got to be quite a bit more detailed about your setup before we can answer you. In terms of tank dimensions, filter used, salt used (hope you're not using table salt!!). Also need to know water test results, "fine" doesn't tell us anything. If damsels which are practically indestructible can look like they're dying (can you explain this part?), there's got to be something very seriously wrong with your setup.

And yes, you can use boiled water. But not when it's boiling hot!!

Do you have a chiller??

I agree, something is seriously not right. Damsels are one of the toughest fish out there!! Just try not to put in any more fish till you solve your water problem.

Also, what was the condition of the Damsel when you bought them??

What is ur salinity level?

This is mine

U need to have all these kits, to check your water quality

What kind of filtration you've, these are mine

Also u need to add:- It comes wiv a measure cup for new tank set up, 100 litres - 10 ml

This is before i did all the above:- Notice the fish are hiding inside the rock, indication something is not right.

After modification (improve water condition, and filtration) this is my tank:- The fish are now swimming around happily.
