Lightbulb Magical Cure?
I read in books about freshwater dipping...
They say that we should dip our marine fishes in freshwater after we have bought it from the lfs to eliminate any diseases.. With this way, we can skip the quarantine tank..
Is this real and can this method be used effectively?
Wouldnt the fish die when it is dip in the freshwater?

the FW dip is oni for a short time. still it is not the be all and end all as parasites do reside our tank. a healthy feeding fish will be able to withstand them. oni weaken or sick ones wud probably succumb to the parasites.
