What are these white worms ?

What are these white worms? How to remove them.

get a purple wrasse.

Tats a nice looking piece of live rock with diff colored algae n worms too. I wouldnt want to remove the worms, its a good sign of a healthy marine tank. I may want to control them abit by using fish or shrimp tat will graze on the rocks.

As charmins suggested, a purple wrasse will make a good rock cleaner. Nice color n patterns too.
