catch the fish out and dip in fresh water for 3-5 minutes depends on the size.
later you will see all the worm like small scale loosen from the fish body.
After that you need to do frequent water change, 50% instead of 20 % till your fish show no sign of itch.

Changing all the tank water may not b a good thing. Hows the filter? If its not seeded/matured properly then the tank is going thru new tank syndrome.

Fresh water dip is the easiest meds to perform. Check if ur fish has white-spot disease or velvet disease, or some sort of parasite/worms. Then try treat with appropriate meds, lots of them in the market.

Happy treating

Don't do that, u re risking ur fish.

Try some product call ich treatment. Check out the site Kordon LLC. Home of Kordon, Oasis, TeraRep and AquaVet or Hikari Aquatic Diets - Aquatic diets for tropical & marine fish

They are like human lice, some people scratch their head often while some is free from dandruff.

Changing water won't help, becos the parasite lived on the fish, lay eggs into the water then other fish will feel itchy as well
