One of the new small ranchus I just bought keeps standing on its mouth...

Q1. Is this considered swim bladder disorder or issit because it is unaccustom to the water? I add GeoLiquid and anti-chlorine into my tank.

Q2. Does GeoLiquid work at all? My tank stays murky for days even though GeoLiquid is suppose to clear it up.
